As a chef for over 12 years Carl has extensive knowledge about quality produce and has a passion for high quality ingredients sourced right from our own backyard! He has a passion for food and flavour. Carl has traveled extensively all over the world from Asia, to Europe, America and Canada! On these travels Carl has tasted and learnt about different food and culture, all of which he brings to your next event.
Carl specialises in seafood cuisine, but with his years of experience Carl has the ability to create any cuisine that you choose. From Mediterranean to Asian, the options are endless.
Carl has experience doing private function, corporate events to large scale remote once a year extravaganza's such as the Kimberley Moon Festival and Suited Events Melbourne Cup.
Although Thee Shucker is a Perth based company we have done many events in the Lower South West and can travel to where your event is being held. Thee Shucker is able to organise everything you need, wherever you are!
